Vladislav Krivorutsko
SEO specialist · Google Ads · AI automation
I have worked with search traffic for more than 20 years. First on my own projects, then for clients. Today I do both.
I am not an agency, and not a manager who hands your tasks to subcontractors. The audit, the strategy, the technical work and the ad campaigns are all mine — which is why I can personally account for every decision made on your site.
Most of my income comes from my own websites in competitive niches. That is a rare position in this market: I pay for my mistakes with my own money, not with a client's budget. Everything I recommend to you has already been tested on my projects first.
I have worked the Estonian market since 2017 and run projects in Estonian, Russian and English, as well as Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Lithuanian and Latvian. That is a skill in itself: the same niche is built completely differently across language results, and the work starts from the semantics and competitors of that locale rather than from translating finished pages.
How I ended up doing this
The short version: I did not learn SEO from courses. I was already earning from search traffic before the job title «SEO specialist» existed at all.
2004–2007
First websites, first traffic
It started with posts on a computer hardware forum. Then I launched my own forum, and after that a site on DataLife Engine that grew to 10,000–30,000 visitors a day. That is when the main lesson landed: traffic is not the goal, it is raw material. Value only appears where it turns into something else.
2007–2012
Media buying and monetisation
Teaser networks, paid search, affiliate programmes. This is where I learned to count: cost per click, conversion rate, whether the whole chain pays back. That habit still separates my approach from «let's make it look nice and wait» — I read a website as a funnel with its own economics, not as a set of pages.
2013–2016
The ground shifted — and I took a real hit
Search algorithms changed, the old playbook stopped working, and both traffic and income dropped. It was the most useful period I have had: I saw with my own money what happens when a site rests on a single tactic. Since then I never build a campaign around one trick.
2017–2020
The Estonian market and ADLAB OÜ
I founded ADLAB OÜ and started building sites and running search marketing for Estonian businesses. This is where I ran into multilingual search results, local competition, and clients who do not want a report, they want enquiries. It also became clear that the Estonian market needs its own approach: what had worked in the Russian-language internet had to be rebuilt around a different logic of demand.
2021
Choosing a direction: specialist, not agency
I made a deliberate choice to grow as a specialist rather than build an agency. Hiring would have meant moving into management and giving up the hands-on work — and the value lies in the opposite: with no account managers and no juniors in between, the client gets exactly the person they spoke to at the first meeting.
2021 — present
Own projects + clients + AI
I grew my own websites in highly competitive financial niches while running client projects alongside them. Since 2024 I have used AI agents seriously: I write my own tools for the jobs no off-the-shelf service covers — from a crawler to automated reporting.
How I work
Six rules that make working with me comfortable for some clients and uncomfortable for others. Better to know up front.
I tell you when you are wrong
If a task does not solve your actual problem, or the budget will be wasted, I say so before we start, not afterwards. Agreeing with everything is pleasant in email and expensive in results.
I do not promise rankings
Nobody controls Google's algorithm, and anyone guaranteeing the top spot either does not understand what they are saying or is counting on you not checking. I commit to a scope of work and a forecast, not to a position in the results.
Technical first, everything else after
There is no point adding content and links to a site that loads slowly, duplicates its own pages, or is blocked from indexing. My order of work is almost always the same: audit → technical → keyword structure → content → external signals.
I show exactly what was done
A report is a list of completed work and its effect on the metrics, not a screenshot of a rising graph. You can ask «why did we do this» at any point and get a specific answer.
I test on myself first
New approaches get tried on my own websites. A client project only gets what has already produced a result, or at the very least did no damage where the risk was mine rather than yours.
I automate whatever does not need hands
I work alone, and it is deliberate: instead of hiring, I write tools. For you that means speed, and no broken telephone between an account manager and the person actually doing the work.
I see a website as a system where traffic turns into money. If the link between the two is broken, better rankings change nothing.
What I do and what I know
Four areas. They share one thing: all of them are about getting the right visitor and not losing him on the way to an enquiry.
SEO and technical optimisation
My core work. I handle sites on any CMS and multilingual projects — from Estonian search, where Estonian, Russian and English compete inside one country, to the separate language markets of the Nordics and the Baltics.
- Technical audit and removal of blocking issues
- Keyword structure built around real demand
- Multilingual SEO: hreflang, cannibalisation, local results
- External signals and link profile work
Google Ads
Paid search for the moments when SEO has not delivered yet, or when demand has to be captured right now. I count cost per enquiry, not clicks.
- Search campaigns and Performance Max
- Conversion goals and clean analytics configured before launch
- Negative keywords and traffic quality control
- Ads and SEO working together instead of competing
AI automation
I use AI agents as a working tool, not as a fashionable add-on: wherever a task repeats, writing the automation costs less than paying for manual hours.
- Automation of routine processes and reporting
- Content generation and processing with quality control
- Custom tools for jobs no off-the-shelf service covers
- Integrations with CRM, spreadsheets and internal systems
Development and conversion
A site that ranks well but does not sell is a spent budget. So I also work on what happens after the click.
- Fast websites on Next.js and WordPress
- Load speed and Core Web Vitals
- Conversion work: forms, structure, copy
- Analytics and end-to-end enquiry tracking
